Learning to swim as an adult takes courage, and we respect that entirely.
At Swimmable, our adult lessons are designed to be calm and completely non-judgemental. Whether you've never been in a pool before or want to improve your confidence and technique, our STA qualified teachers will meet you exactly where you are.
Adult lessons run in small groups only, so you get plenty of attention without ever feeling on display. Lessons are in our indoor pool, heated to 34 degrees.

I've never swum before. Is that okay?
Completely fine. Our beginner adult classes start from scratch, no experience needed.
How do I find a class that suits my week?
Send us a WhatsApp on 079 591 4471 or an enquiry through the website, tell us which days suit you, and we'll suggest the right class.
Will I feel out of place?
Not at all. Classes are small, everyone is there for the same reason, and our teachers are patient. There is no judgement in the water.
Are adult classes group or one-to-one?
Adult lessons are small group classes only. We do not offer private adult lessons. Get in touch and we will recommend the right class for you.
